Q1: CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS TO STORE IF I PURCHASE ONLINE?
The returns should be made at which you purchased accordingly.Sorry to say that if you purchased online, please make the return online, it is unavailable in store. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Q2: HOW DO I RETURN WHEN RECIEVED THE WRONG SIZE OR DEFAULT PRODUCTS?
Please contact us at 04-2359-6199 ext. 556 or email us: email@example.com and send the products back to us in the original packaging with receipts and in the same condition as when you received within 7 days from the day you receive them.

- The exchange could be made if the size doesn’t fit you, but no refund. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging sizes and colors.
- For hygiene reasons, products like mesh vest, underwear or socks must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached or included.
- The refunds and exchanges won’t be made when receive the returns with damaged or uncompleted packaging (MUST be the same condition as when you received it).
- Customers will be responsible for the related costs of returns if we found out the returned items without default after our internal inspection.
